Throat pain for a year

I have a throat pain for more than year, it starts because of taking lot of alcohol in one night and vomitted everything including water
From the next day pain starts without cold cough fever pain still exists,
Pls tell me what type of infection is this and what i want to do

When you vomitted, your stomach acid burned your throat mucosa. And that has been persisting since then.
