A small lymphodes  on right side of throat but thyroid gland size is normal. And also not tuberculosis. Please suggest doctor in Hyderabad.

it may be cervical lymphedenopathy...it has to be examined clinically and may require investigations like FNAC and pathological examination...consult surgeon nearest to you they will help you depending upon FNAC report
