I am a classical singer and always can practice as long as I want. One day a muscle twist happened while practicing and I discovered two painful lumps near mt neck area. I am taking Septum antibiotic from past 5 days and thought the lumps became smaller my voice is not improving , its husky and during singing I am feeling very minor pain sensation .
