Throat itching
I'm 32 male, have this problem since months now, I like singing and few months back I could feel there is some problem in my throat as I cough if I raise voice and also can't eat coconut & fennel seeds as whenever I eat I just cough a lot and can't sleep at all, feel very uncomfortable now a days as I am unable to sing and can't eat few things due to cough. Please help.

Are you a professional singer? Presuming that you have no voice change issue. In my opinion, If it started as a foreign body sensation in your throat  with dry cough more at night. There are 2 possibilities. It could be either GERD or reflux cough due to post nasal drip.

As Dr Arora said could be acid reflux. Also can be Vitamin B 12 deficiency.
