Why I feel severe throat irritation when I have steam inhalation? And also severe heart palpitation and sweating.. any particular reason ?

If you are not feeling well after taking steam inhalation, then avoid taking it. In general while taking steam inhalation there is discomfort so in between steam you need to inhale fresh air whenever you feel discomfort.
