• Drink luke warm daily
• Steam inhalation twice a day
• Drink kadha (Ayurvedic medicine) twice a day
• Avoid cold drinks
• Avoid Soda(Aerated drinks)
• Check SPO2 levels (if less than 94% then get admitted)
• STOP SMOKING If you do

You can try oxymetazolin nasal spray
Try steam inhalation inspire with closed mouth and expire with closed mouth as well this will help draining your sinuses well

Hot water gargaling with salt
Keep monitoring saturation and temperature
