Last month I had severe throat infection. I recovered after multiple antibiotics courses.
One prob I'm facing is, after excessive talking or having spicy food or hot food, again the throat irritates and feels irritation while swallowing.
It gets better if I don't talk for a day.
What must be the reason.

This is due to GERD try to avoid spicy food drink lots of water avoid hot drinks like coffee take early dinners and Do not lie down immediately after having food.You may also require antacid medication
