Throat infection

Asked for Male, 45 Years

Reached UK for work and am suffering from throat infection since then. I have dust allergy since many years and suspect that this might be the case. It is so painful and it pains if I swallow water too. I am not able sleep because of this. Please suggest some remedy for pain relief. Please note the I may not get any medicine without any prescription from NHS physician. But it would take time.

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery. You can try doing salt water gargling
