Throat infection

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have throat infection since 5 days, RTPCR report is negative. Doctor prescribed Azithromicine 500 for 5 days Levocitrizin 5mg Gargle with Betadin 2% I have continued this treatment since 5 days however I still have no improvement. Kindly suggest. No other symptoms except throat infection and pain in sallow and talk. No fever
