Hello Doctor My son got throat infection he has been taking azee 250 for 5 days today is the 3rd day The infection is better but he is still weak and complain that he feels dizzy and drowsy some time is it a concern to worry? Also he complaints of watery motions. Is is something serious?

Hello, weakness might be due to loose stools, start probiotics, plenty of oral fluids, ORS. Continue antibiotics.

Due to weakness he.. feels dizziness and lethargic. Give more water to drink. Give vegetables and fruits in diet .

Hello,no need to worry..weakness might be due to loose stools .you can start probiotics for loose stool ..kindly consult in detail for further opinion
