Throat infection and pain
I am having throat pain since yesterday evening as I had something cold to drink day before yesterday. This is the kind of throat pain which leads to fever. Also slight cold and running nose. Kindly suggest a strong antibiotic for the same.

And do salt water gargling thrice a day
Drink hot water/hot soup
If temp didnt subside get back
