I have chalky throat since winter.i am unable to speak clearly for long time and i have mucus in nose which slips in throat always...i have too much rashing on whole over body from 7 days .i cant sleep cause of rashing.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis with associated skin allergy. You may need to take anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays for few months to year. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit to you
