Feels like some thing struck in the throat,have to put pressure to spit it out.
Have to clear throat frequently
Also have no coughing
Suffering from nasal problem like nasal blockage
Highest in the morning after waking up

Avoid clearing the throat forcefully as it causes damage to the larynx. You might have allergic rhinitis which is why your nose is blocked, and the sputum in the throat could be because of acid reflux. Try pantoprazole 40mg twice a day for a month, along with fluticasone nasal spray.
