  4. Throat choked and fever. And remedy?

Throat choked and fever
My throat is choked since two days. It itches badly all the time. Also started cough and sneezing. Now my head is feeling heavy and having fever. What is the problem and remedy? I get this problem 2-3 times a year

Your symptoms looks like a viral infection. Is there any nasal obstruction?Nasal decongestants and throats gargles would be required, please visit an ENT for further evaluation.
