Throat back there's a white spot

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have white spot in throat wall which I have noticed for 3 weeks. Taken antibiotics but not resolved. How long will take Pus / Ulcer to heal. I have some pains in abdomen, chest and ear which comes and go sometimes. And there's swelling in left throat tonsils which also not gone. Before two weeks had pain but now no pains in throat. Pic attached for reference. Kindly guide me what to do next
