I have throat pain since yesterday morning. This led to body pain. I took Nicip at 5am in the morning. There's runny nose and slight cough.

Hi. It looks like you are having an infection and may require antibiotics. Anti-allergy tablet like Levocetrizine could help with the runny nose and Paracetamol for the body pain. Gargling with Povidone Iodine 2% (availalabe in the trade names like Betadine/Wokadine) diluted 1:1 with regular drinking water could help you with the throat pain. However, more details are required to diagnose correctly. Do you have fever? I would recommend that you consult an ENT specialist online/ In-person for further evaluation.

Drinking plenty of warm fluids will help soothe your throat. Steam inhalation can be done to soothe the nose. If symptoms persist for more than 48hours, plz consult an ENT specialist Online/In-clinic.
