Throat ache and nose block
I have been having a throat pain, mainly pain in swallowing and running nose since yesterday night.

Steam inhalation will help in blocked nose. Looks like you have a common cold. Have you taken any anticold tablets?
Please start gargling with luke warm water. Add little honey and common salt to it and gargle every 3 hourly. Take crocin 500mg tablet for pian and fever as required.
Make sure you are not allergic to any medicines.
If condition does not improve in 1-2 days or become worse, please consult a doctor personally.
