The cause for all the above conditions is increased acid secretion...Hill 1  hiatus hernia can be managed with drugs. You have to take PPI with antacids for at least 8 weeks... What about H-Pylori status ? If found positive you have to take HP kit for 2 weeks followed by PPI.
