Hi, been a month. This whitish spot is not going away. Also the other side of my tongue has irritated foliate papillae. My tongue burns most of the time.

Looks like small ulcer. Any history of gastric upset or acidity, constipation. Is there any sharp tooth on the same side as it may cause repeated trauma on tongue and can cause these red spot.
