Multislice non contrast ct scan of the paranasal sinuses in the axial and coronal planes revealed bilateral polypoidal mucosl thickening of the maxillary antra more on the left mucoslal thickeing also seen involving the left ethmoidal air cells as well as the left nasal fossa partially nest of the pranasl sinuseserging with the nasl turbinates clear rest of the paranasal sinuses.no air fluid levels noted intact bony boundaries of the paransl sinuses obliterated both ostiomeatal units by mucosal
