Thirsty most of the time specially night
I feel thirsty mostof the time specially at night I feel like my throat is getting choked inside bcz of thirst,I go frequently for urination after sleep causing sleep disruption , sometimes I get awake and till I urinate I could not fall asleep again! This issue I think getting bigger with passing years.

Check blood sugar level ... plenty of water 5 to 6 litres a day.. Eat proper healthy foods like more protein less carbohydrates... Because proteins having aminoacids ... good for body building and strength your body system...
