Third molar extractions are the most common  procedures done in any dental practice. They can range from a simple extraction of the affected tooth to a complicated impaction which involves tooth removal by cutting the bone obstructing it. The recovery depends on patient to patient and the severity of the procedure. If no health conditions like diabetes etc , the recovery should be within 3 to 4 days
Next Steps
you can visit a oral and maxillofacial surgeon who will do the procedure. cost varies from clinic to clinic and depends on the severity of the case.
