Thin hand wrists, wrinkles on knuckles
Dear Sir,
From my childhood, I have been observing that my wrists are very thin as compared to my body. Its around 6" diameters) . Also, there are lot of wrinkles on my knuckles (back side of palm)
I feel very shy while exposing that, also never use half shirts. My friends teases me on the part.
Please suggest treatments.

Your need of laptop use must also be contributing to the same. Perform stretching and strengthening exercises of the forearm, wrist and fingers.
