Thin endometrium
We are planning for IVF embryo transfer but even after taking estrogen tablets my endometrium is only 7.1 at the 20th day of my cycle.
So doctor suggested to go for PRP procedure.
Will PRP help in improving endometrium thickness and what would be the side effects of this procedure
Can we go for embryo transfer immediately after PRP.
