Hi, while exercising, my thigh Muscle got pulled a week ago and since then it has not been recovered yet. I tried applying ice and pain reliever cream with crepe bandage but it hasn't helped yet. I am able to walk but can't stretch. Please suggest.

Apply ghee first, then give cold cloth pad continues ..not ice , ice water directly...
Seems that internal injury is still in inflammatory stage.. have half glass warm milk added with 2tsp unsalted butter just before food 2 times a day.. for 2 days.. if not reduced in 3 hrs. After ghee and cold cloth pad then need to consult directly
