  4. Thigh Internal cramp. It a major issue?

Thigh Internal cramp
My husband is suffering from severe pain since a week now due to internal cramp in the upper inner thigh closer to groin area. Due to which he has to crimp and walk also looks swollen. Is it better to contact doctor via online consultation or physical visit is required. Also, any home remedies suggestion please? Is it a major issue? Please advice!!

Examination is required. Bz it looks like hip joint involvement. Take some pain killer for 3-5 days and see for the response.
