Thickened midline endometrium

Asked for Female, 16 Years

My midline endometrium is found to be 18 mm thick during usg. i had irregular periods and thus my gyno suggested me to take primolut n tablets for 15 days along with several others but since my endometrium is 18 mm thick should i continue having the course of 15 days...15 days have not been completed
