13.3 mm ET  is thick, specially after D & C. We can expect this ET In a reproductive age woman on day 12-14 of cycle, but still it has to be evaluated Another thing is, we need to know when did ur wife undergo D & C? Does she have any symptoms , like spotting PV?
Next Steps
if ur wife has symptoms, then consullt doctor who did the D & C if not symptoms, repeat ultrasound after 1 month, and report to ur doctor if ur wife has heavy periods
Health Tips
constantly spotting or foul smelling discharge may be indication of retained products of conception. u need to consult doctor personally then .
