Thick endometrium
Dr My wife scan on 19th Jan showed endometrium thickness of 14 mm and on 1st feb it's 20mm. Last period was 28th nov, only some
Spotting seen. Ovaries sizes also increased from 30x18 to 32X20(right) and 31x19 to 36X13 (left). Can the thickness of endometrium become normal by medication or D&C pls suggest
