  4. Thick endometrial lining. Can conceive?

Thick endometrial lining
Recently i diagnosed with thick endometrial lining (16mm) at 10th day of cycle. We are trying to conceive. My doctor advised for hysteroscopy/ d&c. Please advise what i should do. My doctor also advised for IVF. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT IS BETTER TREATMENT SO I CAN CONCEIVE
