Thermometer and TB
So today i used a thermometer which was used by my brother who has TB around 2 months back and since then the thermo was packed in its plastic case and today i got it out and washed with only tap water and used it 4-5 times, am i at risk?

Nothing to worry. Tb is not transmitted through phomites. Risk is there if pt is Sputum positive.pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
