Lesion in your Right breast is significant and need further intervention to rule out it cancer and diagnosis. I would suggest an ultra ultrasound guided core biopsy . Not FNAC . Even if they come negative you must me doing a both breast mammogram . Do you have any family history of cancer in your family ? Are you having any other symptoms? You can consult me online , to assess your risk level and do necessary investigation.

Hi There is BIRAD 4 lesion in the breast. Understand BIRAD score BIRADS 0: Incomplete assessment, additional imaging or information needed. BIRADS 1: Negative, no signs of breast cancer, routine follow-up. BIRADS 2: Benign (non-cancerous) findings, routine follow-up. BIRADS 3: Probably benign, short-term follow-up recommended. BIRADS 4: Suspicious abnormality, further evaluation needed (biopsy may be recommended). BIRADS 5: Highly suspicious of malignancy, biopsy recommended. BIRADS 6: Known biopsy-proven malignancy, additional imaging for staging or treatment purposes. BIRAD 4 is suspicious of malignancy and needs to be biopsie

This lesion is very suspicious for cancer. It should be biopsed (tissue taken from mass and examined under microscope). This will help us to reach at final diagnosis. If it turns out positive then complete work up needs to done .
