Tooth movement may be due to bone loss and periodontitis as you have gum issue.get your teeth cleaned and gum treatment has to be done if there is recession or bone loss.also visit an orthodontist to correct toothalignment.

Using just a gum paint is not a solution to this. There may be calculus or plaque deposits on your teeth and inside the gums. The condition is called Gingivitis. Visit a Dentist to get the treatment. Ultrasonic deep scaling and polishing would be required.
