Hello Hope you are doing well It is very surprised to me that you don’t want to eat and you want to take supplements in the place of food So there js no supplemental which can replace our natural food As there can be so many side effects if you take only supplements as they are not approved by gov body

Hi, Your meal plate should have all nutrients as carbs, protein, good fats, fiber, vitamins, minerals & water. Home cooked food & natural foods like fruits & vegetables are the best of all, provided they should have been made in a healthier way i.e using less oil & salts. Avoid processed, preserved, packaged & outside food completely.

Try and eat  a balanced diet consisting of un processed or semi processed rice,wheat other whole Cereals pulses and legumesvarieties of seasonal vegetables and fruits, Dairy,nuts and seeds(,eggs, fish & meat if non vegetarian)in prescribed quantities on a daily  basis as per your age and physical activity To be precise restrict or limit processed and ultra processed foods.
