Hi I have haemoglobin 15.4 . Is there any chance I have thalessemia alpha or beta ?? Or no test needed.

Get a CBC done first. If you MCV and Haemoglobin are normal then you can safely rule out Thalassemia. Haemoglobin Electrophoresis is the diagnostic test to rule out Thalassemia You can opt for that too along with CBC
