My son is 3 yr old. Today while playing on table he accidentally put his feet on nail and hurt himself. And a minor cut in the feet thumb nail.
Please suggest if he need a tetanus shot. As he already got 3 times DTap shot as per his immuniziation record

Has he received the 1st booster of DPT vaccine at one and half years of age. Go through the immunization card and confirm. If not received then take it now.
