On this June I had taken tetnas vaccine but I don't know that were they booster or just one injection and today I got a scratch and bleeding came out and also my nail broke and blood came out so do I need tetanus shot again??

If your childhood vaccination is complete then the one you recieved in june is booster, you dont need to take it again..
