Do I need Vaccine again. Also?

On June I had taken 3 dose of arv Vaccine each with 4 days interval and a tetanus shot. Now 2 days ago I found a cut ( the cut was deep sharp)and a circular wound on my leg and blood was coming from both of them. I don't know how it's caused and I guess it might be caused by bite of a rabid animal but I didn't noticed anyone biting me and I guess it might be a bite by a bat as I didn't feel any pain and even didn't noticed it. so do I need to take arv Vaccine again ?? Do I need immunoglobulin also?? Please tell doctors as 2 days has passed and I haven't taken any vaccine if you think answer is yes.please atleast tell yes or no if I require any vaccine.i am attaching pictures of cut and wound also.( I guess it can be a bat bite or a rabid animal bite of dog or someone else but I didn't noticed anything such)
