Tetanus injection on buttocks
Is it fine to get tetanus injection on buttock. I am getting pain after receiving it in my buttock. Please advice doctor as I read online that it's not at all recommended and then I wonder why that nurse gave me on buttock saying it's less painful and more effective in that area

It is ok to give it on the buttocks. Be rest assured. Pain will go away in a few days.
