Tetanus injection location in upper arm
I took a tetanus injection at the clinic at 22/02/2025. 48hr pass out i feel little bit hard surface at the injection site. I think the staff took tetanus injection slightly lower than the ideal location. Is anything worried if it was not an ideal location slightly lower than the ideal location. I attached an image of my injection location sith with red circle

If the pain and swelling continues to increase or redness increases with time , or fever is there , mention other symptoms if any Do consult in that case.

The injection site you have pointed is at the lower level,not on the deltoid.If you don't have any symptoms, you don't need to be concerned.Hard surface at the injection site is  normal, should be resolved in a few days.
