Tetanus information
Sir my age is 17 years , I am attaching my child vaccination report I have first 3 tetanus vaccine at intial 5 months of birth then took a booster dose at 18 months but after that I have not taken any tetanus vaccine until January 2021 in January 2021 I have taken tetanus toxoid injection and again took tetanus toxoid injection in September 2021 yesterday I had very little injury in finger I have forgotten to take tetanus injection please tell what should I do now according to my history

Don't take tetanus again and again unless lots of dirt has gone in the wound or its a severe injury as told by the doctor. Tetanus injection needs to be taken once every 5 years only.

Don't worry,as long as you have taken injection within 5years you don't need to take another shot,proper wound care will do
