Ayurveda is not gonna help you madam, what so ever years you can take it and you will end up with same uncontrollable disease and damaged joints. And once your joints get damaged, no any doctors in this world can help you.
Next Steps
stop taking non-evidence based treatment and take allopathic medicines with proof of evidence and data of safety of drugs.

Firstly, investigations depend on the details of your symptoms. Joint pains can have many causes, and aimless investigations without first taking a detailed history just leads to wastage of money and wrong diagnosis. Secondly, if you have arthritis, the best way to know if any treatment is working is reduction in your joint symptoms and swelling and improvement in your physical function and quality of life (and not just reduction on some lab parameters).
Next Steps
If your symptoms are improving and you wish to continue the current treatment, consult your Ayurvedic doctor for advise regarding the tests needed. If you feel the treatment is not working and you want to switch to allopathy, consult a Rheumatologist (arthritis specialist)
