Hie , what test are mandatory for diagnosis of pcos ? even when you have regular periods and no weight gain

Hello.... Ultrasound of ovary is done, peripheral multiple follicle cyst is seen in pcos.. Harmone test is also done... But symptoms are very important ,it presents with irregular period, weight gain and hirsuitisn... Anyway consult gynecologist in nearest hospital....
