IUI mandatory-PCOS with Low sperm count
Hello doctors, We have been married since a year and trying to conceive now I have history of PCOS since 2-3 years where my periods would be longer than 3-4 months and had taken pills as suggested by gyno Now the same issue has been problem for pregnancy and we did follicular study with OI for 2 cycles and HSG also, which was normal but didn't hit pregnancy When did semen analysis, my husband's sperm motility and count were below reference range ,yet not very bad. Now doctor has suggested for IUI in next cycle due to this Question ❓ I'm in a confusion whether to do IUI or can modify daily lifestyle and try for few months for natural conception...before proceeding into IUI Please suggest your heartfelt opinion because it really matters a lot to me in this dilemma situation. Thanks !!
