Chest x ray is normal. You can start homeopathic medication for symptomatic relief based on your history. Cancer have many other symptoms too like weight loss, loss of appetite, recurrent infections etc so do not worry.
Health Tips
Rule out whether you got any muscle strain or disturbed digestion due to which your chest may be paining.

Yes it can in some cases. But sir your chest xray is wnl(within normal limits.)Also no lesion is seen which is suspicious.Secondly if your chest is paining would recommend you an Ecg 2decho(to rule out valvular diseases which can give rise to chest pain ) If both these are normal then look for any muscular causes. Also r u a smoker?
