For symptoms along with 230 level of testosterone, it needs hormone replacement. This should be avoided if you are planning a family as hormone treatment may change semen parameters.
Hormone can be given by tablet form, gel or 3 monthly injection. Injections are best for steady levels of hormone in blood.
