To compare both values accurately: 1 ng/dL = 0.0347 nmol/L So, 287 ng/dL ≈ 9.96 nmol/L That means: Previous testosterone level: ~9.96 nmol/L Current testosterone level: 2.80 nmol/L ,there is a significant drop in testosterone levels: From ~9.96 nmol/L to 2.80 nmol/L This level (2.80 nmol/L) is very low and consistent with symptoms like erectile dysfunction, low libido, and fatigue
Next Steps
Repeat the total testosterone test, early morning (between 7–10 AM), fasting. Also check: Free testosterone LH, FSH Prolactin Thyroid profile HbA1c (to rule out diabetes) Consult an endocrinologist or urologist to assess for: Primary or secondary hypogonadism Pituitary or testicular causes Lifestyle factors: Weight gain, stress, lack of sleep, or certain medications can also affect testosterone.

There are many factors which leads to erectile dysfunction like- low Testosterone levels, Diabetes, weakness in core muscles, low blood flow in viens of your reproductive organ, sedentary lifestyle and last but not the least high stress levels, etc. It is very easily treated by combination of following measures: 1).
