Testis pain from 4 years

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Pain when I touch testis.4 years ago got mumps orchitis. got treated but Pain from 4 years. USG Impression: mildly heterogeneous left testicular parenchyma and few small hypoechoic area in right testis- likely sequeale of old infection. Total testosterone is 640.89 normal. But no sperm... azoospermia...Kindly suggest medicine or treatment...
