Testicular surgery ( Torsion)

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hello i have a surgery of left side testies 10 years back in 2013 due to high intensity pain on left testies doctors said it was a twisting of testies ( may be testicular torsion) they perform surgery on left testies and untwisted it Will it will effect on fertility or caused infertility or sperms will get sterile..?? any one request guidance
