I have right testicular pain since 2-3 months... intermittent in type usually after masturbation...the pain is not present right now but whenever present it's very painful...I feel it will come some time soon

You shudnt ignore testicular pain. It's better to visit a doctor nearby get some tests done like sonography and a physical examination. To rule out any complication.
